It may be through natural processes or via cesarean section, but they will eventually see the light of day. 2. You will feel many emotions during your pregnancy: excitement, fear, anxiety, loneliness, joy, disappointment, anger...the list goes on and on. 3. Breastfeeding is important, both for your health and for your baby's. There are many reasons why breastfeeding is the best option for your infant, but mainly it comes down to personal choice. 4. Mothers need time alone too! Find ways to recharge your energy so you aren't constantly needing to fill that empty nest!
